I am trying to move my license for Autocad Inventor LT Suite 2012 to a new computer. I keep getting "The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)" Any help would be appreciated!

running into similar problem as others. had what i believe is a crash of civil 3d 2012 and i'm now being asked to activate my software, but C3D doesn't like my serial number even though it's exactly what's on the product packaging i have in my hand.

It looks like your product may have been upgraded to a newer version, which would explain the error message you received.
Can you please send me the serial number you are trying to activate via Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message)?

I tried researching your email address in our system but I did not find you as being associated to any serial number. For direct licensing assistance please contact our Activation and Registration department through our Contact Us page.
