TCP/IP only NT4 Workstations.. can they be made to see Novell Dongle?

We are taking the IPX/SPX protocol off our workstations, running with TCP/IP. The servers we have are Novell 5, so we can do this.
But, our Autodesk products can no longer see the license on these servers. Is there a version of ADLM or NSRVNI which will allow us to obtain a license from a TCP/IP only workstation, license being on a Novell server?? Or some tweak? Help please!

The Elan AdLM is not supported in a pure Novell
TCP/IP environment. The adesksys.dll requires the IPX protocol to find the
license manager running on the Netware server.
