System Requirements for Revit 2011

Revit 2011 specify that:

"Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon™ dual core, 3.0 GHz (or higher) with SSE2 technology for Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit or Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit (SP2 or later)."

Question:

Is a dual core, 1,66 GHz each core, enough? Or requirement is 3.0 GHz for each core?

Your RAM and Video requirements are going to be more important than CPU clock speed.  Clock speeds are apples and oranges between different CPU types.  So long as you meet or exceed RAM and Video, you should be fine on any current generation SSE2 chip or higher.
