Switching software licenses

Under the subscription service, we had a network license for 22 seats of AutoCAD 2007.

Last year, six of those seats were reallocated for Building Systems 2007 leaving us with 16 seats for use with AutoCAD 2007.

We would like to now pull five seats from Building Systems and use them for AutoCAD 2007 giving us a total of 21 seats.

How can this be accomplished?
