Switching from Single to Distributed Server

I accidentally activated AutoCAD 2012 as Single Server.  When I went back and re-activated it as Distributed, it would only let me activate 9 of our 10 licenses.  How can get the 10th one switched from Single to Distributed?

Assuming you are creating the license files online. and it stopped at 10th Serial number you have.

Please use one of the manual methods mentioned here to contact the activation team
