Subscription expired - deny access to contract data

My subscription expired last mont and now I am don't have access any more to subscription.

How can I have access to the data of the contrat and the license key of all the old product that i purchased with the expired subscription?

Hi Caterina and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

When you try to log in to an expired contract, you should see the screen below. If you click on the Click Here hyperlink highlighted on the image below, you will be redirected to your download and product information screen in the Subscription Center.

Caterian,

 

You can get access to the downloads of your product (2014) as stated in Camilo response. However, you will not be able to activate and use the previous versions (2013, 2012, and 2011) because your subscription expired. The old serial numbers are nolonger valid.

 

If you subscription resently expired, you could do a late renewal to get back on subscription.
