Student software purchased time limit?

Does the student pack purchased for $250 that includes 3ds max have an unlimited license, or is it just for a few months or something like that?  this is the product i am referencing.  http://store.autodesk.com/store/adskus/en_US/buy/productID.252153300

Purchased Licenses may it be Commercial or Education Licenses is unlimited and does not expire if that is what you meant by your question below.
 
It's the Student Licenses, downloaded from our Education Site that has a 3-year License entitlement.
