Student license renewal

My 30 day trial ran out before I was able to activate my account. The original activation code only filled 14 of the 16 cells. I would constantly get an error when trying to activate the product before the end of the 30 days.

How do I get a new activation code? I have tried reinstalling AutoCAD 2010 but its rejecting the product serial number.

   What is the exact error you are getting with the request for new activation code? I suspect you are hitting your activation limit on that serial number and will have to request an activation from the Authcodes group. You can so at the below number

My account stats that my AutoCAD 2010 subscription ends on Oct 2013, but the serial number associated with the program stats the license has expired?????

   I would contact the ABC team to clear up the subscription/serial number issues. They will be able to tell you what's happening. You can reach them at 800-225-1087
