Pretty much in the title. I enter my serial number, and both in AutoCAD 2014 for Mac SP3 and in Maya 2015 it doesn't work. I'm running Mac OSX 10.9.3. Looking at other similar issues, I've deleted and regenerated the Maya.env file, I've completely done a clean install, and requested an activation code (which didn't work because I again got an error 01. Both pieces of software are student education versions.
