My student dowload will not work it says there is an error and not all files can be installed. I have tried uninstalling programs and have used different solutions but they do not work for me. This is for the student version of inventor.
My computer meets all system requirments.
It tells me that not all files can be installed but for some reason it just won't work no matter what I have tried I cannot get it to install.
"typically" there are multiple files that need to be downloaded..
What is the exact file name of the file you downloaded..
Do you see a part 1 of 2 or something like that in the name?

Does your school have a Student IT Help Desk that can help you download and install your software?
What about your instructor? Can your instructor help with this problem?
Have any of your classmates been successful?

I have downloaded the Autodesk Inventor 2015 3 year student trial onto my personal laptop. My kids had an accident with my laptop and needless to say, I have to purchase another computer. Since I downloaded the student trial already, how am I to download it again? Will it allow me to download it again or am I **** out of luck????

Hi @bram33,
All you need to do is sign into your Education Community account and re-download your software. You can then re-activate with the provided licensing information. I hope this helps! Let us know if you need anything else
