I hope someone can help here: I have an educational version of Autocad 2010. It has worked fine for a year.
This year it is asking me to re-activate/register etc. I have gone through the process - on starting up the software - of seeing the request code, then requesting an activation code, and then entering this activation code. It appears to work fine, I go on and use the product, but then when it is closed down and later started up, I'm asked to repeat the entire process. Basically, it's not remembering that I've entered an activation code.
Can anyone help here? I'm fast running out of days! My operating system is Windows XP.
