Striker 2013 Unhandled Exception E06D7363 (e06d7363h) at address FD8A940Dh

We continually use this product daily at a Design and Punch business. We just recently had a server system maintained involving the movement of files. Even though the files remained the same and Library Locations are the same, it will not locate and use these Library's.  No updates were recently made and again locations are the same. We now get this error and another one as well. I believe this has to do with a DLL file but cannot verify it. Since this happens at start up, Its renders this program useless. Any ideas????

Also get the error:  "Cannot open file P:\Striker DO NOT TOUCH/material\matlib.bin, error = 5"

Any ideas anyone????

Striker is a 3rd party add-on to AutoCAD. Any questions need to be directed to Striker Systems.
