Stop receiving all the forum discussion in the E-mail

Hi
Can I stop receiving all the Forum discussions in my E-mail?
Can I receive only Discussions concerning some categories?

Click the link at the top of the forum that reads "Stop Watching Forum." That'll probably help a lot. You can also change your settings by clicking "Your Control Panel" at the top of the page.
