Still can't uninstall the 32 Bit Object enabler

I'm trying to re-install 3ds Max 2013, but because I messed up on the installation the first time, I first have to remove all the Autodesk products on my computer. There is a certain peripheral "AutoCAD Civil 3d 2012 32 Bit Object Enabler" that presents me with the following message every time I try to remove it: "Error 1606. Could not access network location 0."
Does anyone know what I should do?

It's looking for the original installation source. If you deleted that, that's probably the reason.
