It's looking for the original installation source. If you deleted that, that's probably the reason.

Inadvertantly uninstalled autocad C3d 2012 Storm and Sanitary Analysis before uninstalling the object enabler.
The link posted uses Microsoft FIX IT to diagnose and fix the problem.
It worked for me.
