Still can't uninstall the 32 Bit Object enabler

Help link presented in Control Panel doesn't work, and I can't reinstall the files so it has whatever it needs to uninstall itself because I have a 64 bit computer. Anyway, I've been at this for hours and I basically have given up, so I'm just going to repost my first question below.

I'm trying to re-install 3ds Max 2013, but because I messed up on the installation the first time, I first have to remove all the Autodesk products on my computer. There is a certain peripheral "AutoCAD Civil 3d 2012 32 Bit Object Enabler" that presents me with the following message every time I try to remove it: "Error 1606. Could not access network location 0."

Does anyone know what I should do?

It's looking for the original installation source.  If you deleted that, that's probably the reason.

To Diagnose and Fix installation problems automatically, please see the new Microsoft tool for this here:

http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

For more information on the Autodesk KB Support article concerning the clean uninstall of Autodesk products, see this link:

For all other installation problems on Windows XP SP2 or below consider using the Microsoft Installer Clean Up Utility. For more information on this program, please my forum post here:

Inadvertantly uninstalled autocad C3d 2012 Storm and Sanitary Analysis before uninstalling the object enabler.

The link posted uses Microsoft FIX IT to diagnose and fix the problem.

It worked for me.
