Step-tracking mode does not work ALT+RIGHT ARROW

 Hi all! I'm new to the forum and I have a question to ask you. I use Autodesk Matchmover 2011 for some time, I am trying to learn the basic tutorials that come with the software. At the second lesson, then the lesson on tracking with checkpoints I have a problem with Step-tracking mode. The keyboard shortcut ALT + Right Arrow does not work, I want to know if it is possible to use the Step-tracking mode without going through the shortcut ALT + Right Arrow or another shortcut. It really is as basic procedure, but I swear I've tried everything it does not work with the shortcut described in the manual (ALT + RIGHT ARROW) Thanks
