Since many of the materials in my library were absent, and a few other features in Inventor were missing, I decided to start again and uninstall the program.
So I did that. I uninstalled it and it's associated language pack, along with the service manager and libraries.
But I keep running into an issue when installing fresh. It allows the Design Review and Fusion programs to be installed, but Autodesk Vault, Inventor and the content libraries are grayed out with a large red x next to them.
It keeps saying that the language pack has already been installed, and that this is whats stopping my clean reinstall of Inventor.
So I downloaded a uninstall tool for the language pack but it won't budge,
It saying this 'error applying transforms. Verify that specialized transform paths are valid.
I'm good with computers, but not that good. Is my problem clear enough?

Okay then. I've tried the Fix It tool, and the language pack has shown up in the list of programs. I've selected it and confirmed it's uninstallation along with cleanup.
But while in the installer for Inventor 2012, it still says that the language pack has been installed. What?
