You should have a licpath.lic file in your AutoCAD directory that specifies
the server name. This file is normally created automatically if you install
from a network deployment. Do you have that file, and does it contain the
correct server name?

Hi Matt,

I have found the file you told me about. When I open it at a text editor, it shows me a short text and the numbers that is the server IP where the licenses are at.
But everytime I open AutoCad 2004 it still asks me everytime what is the server name...is this right?
Thank you!

No this is not right. You need to replace the IP
address with the server's mac address. Make sure the entry is 12 characters with
no spaces or dashes.

To correct future installations rerun the network
install wizard and select modify deployment instead of create a new one. This
will allow you to modify the incorrect information in your
deployment.
