As I've already tested a few of solutions for the 1603 generic problem, such as valuing down in the UAC, reboot, installing the VC++, runing the setup as administrator, and turning off the anti-virus software, but they're not helping at all.
Agian, I tried to find the problem by reading through the install log after watching some video tutorial, like this one:
