Softimage 2011 64-bit will not load

Trying a new load of this software on a new 64-bit HP workstation. Product fails to load and there is no clear error message. Can anyone at Autodesk provide some guidance on where to start?

Do you have Digital Persona installed?

If that's not it, it could be a display driver issue.
Here's how to test: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS14691242

Finally, here's some startup troubleshooting topics from the Softimage KB:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/search?la=en&siteID=123112&catID=2334116&linkID=12544120&qt=...

Let us know what happens.

Thanks

Digital Persona was the issue. I was able to launch XSI after killing the process. Thanks!

Thanks Stephen, I had the same issue on a HP Elite Book 8570w that had Digital Persona running on it. After I ended the DpAgent.exe & DpAgent32.exe processes in the Task Manager, Softimage 2013 opened.

cheers

Bart
