SoftImage 2013 crashes upon start up

I have the student version. Crashes as soon as I open it. I get a error message that says. "Failed to save scene before system failure." I never get to see the interface.

Windows 7 64-bit.

I would check the system and the video card used to run Softimage here:

The software is quite graphics intensive.
