Sketchbook pro6 updgrade serial no. not working

I purchased the upgrade to sketchbook pro6.  However, when entering the serial number, the "OK" button remains grayed out.  I registered the product with the older version of sketchbook pro.

Any help would would greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, I figured it out.    The product key in the order information listed the product key as 732C1 instead of 732E1.
