Sketchbook pro serial number and product key

I tried downloading it on to my surface pro and all I have is a purchase number. Can someone email me the serial number and product key.

I sent via Private Message (small envelope beside your profile name at the upper right side of the Discussion Forum Home Page) your Serial Number and resent as well the notification email containing the Serial Number and Product Key.

I was not able to pull up any information using the email address on file. Did you purchase the License from our Online Store? Please reply back via Private Message (click on my joane.bonghanoy profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with the details below:

     - Order Number

     - Email address registered during purchase
