I just purchased an upgrade from sketchbook express 6 to sketchbook pro. I downloaded akamai. When I try to select a download location for sketchbook pro, it tells me that it is unable to save file. I have tried many different locations and have also tried going through IE10 and firefox, but have had no luck. I am running windows 8 so I don't know if that would be the cause of the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Do try downloading Sketchbook Pro 6 from here, once on the page click on Download Links, Sketchbook Products. Also do note that Windows 8 has not been tested yet to be compatible with Sketchbook Pro 6. Refer here for its System Requirements.
