Look for a newly created log file in %TEMP% and see if it has any clues.

http://unattended.sourceforge.net/installers.php has some good information on how to run various types of silent installations, but i've tested the obvious ones with no success...

First convert the EXE file to an MSP with the following command:

AutoCAD_2013_SP1.1_64bit.exe /e ./AutoCAD_2013_SP1.1_64bit.msp

Then you can deploy the MSP silently with the following command:

msiexec.exe /p "AutoCAD_2013_SP1.1_64bit.msp" /qn /norestart /log output.log

This should work with any of the EXE update releases that Autodesk provides.
