Silent Network Install FAILS - Please help

I recently replaced the motherboards in four of the AutoCAD 2000 machine, as they had been giving problems. I can provide specifics tomorrow, if required. Roughly, they are Gigabyte Socket 7 boards with Cyrix P200+ MX processors and a 32MB DIMM in each.

For some reason AutoCAD will not install on them. The silent install returns an error along the lines of the following. (Once again, I can give specifics tomorrow):
"Install cannot create target directory"

Please, if there are ANY ideas, let me know, I need to resolve this ASAP.
