Showcase Installation Failure

Hi,

I've installed and activated Showcase but when I try to launch it a window appears telling me the initialization has failed and that my configuration may not be supported.
 
I've tried with all Showcase versions but still get the same result. My computer is a (brand new) Dell Latitude E5510 running on windows 7.
 
Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I thought I'd be able to install at least the 2009 version, but couldn't get it working. Any help would be much appreciated!
