Sharing the AutoCAD Menu, Lisp Files, and PGP Files

I am trying to get all CAD users in our company to share the same menu file that is located on the network where everyone will have access. I am able to get people to use the same menu and template, however, I also want the lisp file and the pgp files to be shared by everyone. That way when I make a addition to the lisp file everyone using a CAD system has immediate access to the addition. As well, whenever a new "hot key" is made everyone also has access to that. Can anyone help me? We are using a Network Licensed version of Mechanical Desktop R5. Any help would be appreciated.

You should be able to just put a shared network
support path in the AutoCAD support paths in Options.
