Hi All;
There have been several reports of customers trying to do a command line installation and getting the above error even though they have confirmed the serial number and product keys are correct.
The error message itself is a bit misleading and can be corrected by confirming the installation path is set.
"<SERVERPATH>\Setup.exe" /t /qb /Language en-US /c ACAD: INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2011" ACADSERIALPREFIX=999 ACADSERIALNUMBER=99999999 ADLM_PRODKEY=001C1 ACADFIRSTNAME="JOE" ACADLASTNAME="User" ACADORGANIZATION="Users Corporation" InstallLevel=5
This should help you install if you are using the command line installation

i returned to office to find this warning on my monitor.
I have been abscent for a day and now my acad wants/needs to reinstall. To top it off, our IT-guy is out of bounds (and will be for a while), so i am stuck with this situation. We did (2 days ago) create a new user in WIN7...
Is this an easy-fix glitch or is there no alternative to actually installing it again.
Talking about ACAD LT 2012. WIN7, HPxw 4600 workstation.
Any ideas are welcome since i am stuck!
Tnx in advance,
