Setting up Options file for license restriction for 2004 products

Can anyone advise how I set up the options file to restrict access to licenses to groups of users for the FlexLM License manager for the 2004 products. We are running licenses for AutoCAD, Architectural desktop and Land Desktop from the same license server? many thanks
