    Service pack 2 installation

Are there any instructions on how to apply a service pack to a network
installation? I believe I have looked at all the documentation, but I can't
seem to locate anything about updating on a network. We're setup with the
acad.exe on the server only. I installed the service pack on the server, I
think, but when I do an amver, I still have the old version. Did I miss the
    instructions some where?
    Please use plain text.

    Lonnie,

Since most of the files being updated reside in the ..\common files\autodesk
shared folder all stations will need to be updated. There is a way to update
them using the autocad today page and your own internal live update. The
only problem I found with the setup for this is the format of the live
update file. There is no information in the docs for what goes in the file
just that you can use one. I can get you a copy of a sample if you'd like to
    try this method.

If I don't get back to the newsgroups right away leave a note for Jerry
milana and he can tell me to send it to you or I can find out about getting
    this posted.

Thanks for your help! I gave up on the network deployment. I created a
client image on the server, then restored two of our computers to a before
MDT50 installation state. Ran setup to install the client version on the
computers, than installed the service pack. When I run amver they report
    SR2.
I's till rather use the network approach. We have a few machines left with
1 gig hard drives and ther's not enough room left on these to install the
software on theses machines. (Also, it takes me about an hour to run
through the update with the current method and I have about 14 machine to do
    yet.)
The thing that I don't understand is, how can you get the update on the
server? If you run the update on a machine that has MDT50 installed. The
update doesn't ask you whether you want to update the server or the client.
