Service Pack Question

I have an odd situation on a costumer
He has a server with windows 2003 server and deployed autocad 2007 on an
administrative image.
All installtions ran nice on the workstations.
Now when try to install sp1 for autocad 2007 it gives me the message of
wrong Sp or not found product.
I´ve checked myself, the product is installed and running, all network paths
are ok and i even tryed inserting the cd first and run the sp next but no
results.
Anyone bumped on a situation like this before?
Thanks

A couple of things...

One, check to make sure you are downloading the correct Service Pack. If the AutoCAD is from the Revit, Mechanical, Electrical, Inventor Series, etc. then the plain Vanilla AutoCAD 2007 SP1 will not work. You will need to download the appropriate SP1 for the correct product package.

Two, check to make sure that the installation isn't already SP1. I've seen later discs already include the Service Pack as part of the installation. Or make sure that it wasn't already added as a .msp to the deployment itself. Either way, take a quick look to make sure it isn't already installed.

Good luck.
