Server upgraded from NT4 to W2k - License manager

We have a 4 license network of AutoCAD 2002. Server used to run NT4 server
and LM worked fine. Now that server OS has been upgraded to W2K, LM will
not start automatically when rebooted and sometimes stops. Any ideas would
be appreciated.

Thanks

Is this the same issue as your other posting in this forum today? The
FLEXlm license manager has proven very stable on Windows 2000 so I doubt
this is an operating system induced condition. Have you checked the FLEXlm
debug log file for error messages? Also look in the system event viewer.
