2- And if i upgrade my operating system to Windows server 2000, the server code from the adlm 2000i will change to?

Either change you mention MAY cause a server code
change and you should plan for that possibility.  The algorithm used to
determine which parameters are used to generate the server code is complex and
thus there is no way to know for sure if changing a given parameter will cause a
server code change.
