Server Crashing fairly regularly

We have been having the server crash 1 to 2 times a week (sometimes more)

It's always seems to be the same problem.

The blue screen of Death telling us we have a hardare check memory parity
error, the only solution is to hit the reboot button.

I havn't been able to dig an answer out of the outside techs who work on our
machines because I think they don't know what it is.

Does anyone know what usually causes a memory parity error?

Thanks
Russ

It sounds like a bad memory chip to me. Can you swap it out with new
memory - it's pretty inexpensive right now.
