Serious problem with installation MAX Design 2011

Serious problem with MAX Des 2010 and/or MAX Des 2011 and Win7 64bit
I had MAXDes2010 installed and I tried to install MAXDes2011... But I had a problem with my installation and had to repeat...
Now, Ican't install any of them... The setup program tries to install .Net3.5 which was already installed but it fails, then it installs DirectX updates and then it can't continue... I also installed .net 4.0 which I found from Microsoft site thinking that there was an error with my .net framework installation...

What I think is best to do now, is to eliminate any leftovers from the registry and the disks and start again... I tried this using regedit, advanced uninstaller, ccleaner etc... nothing...

Is there any small app from autodesk or any tips that can help? It would be really difficult for me to format and re-setup my PC...

Thank you in advance for any help, please take a look at the attached files.

This is the setup.log

Windows Installer Error 1610 : The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel.
It's possibly that your download for 2011 is corrupted. You might try to test the install on another machine to see if you get the same error, or redownload the product. Were you doing any custom installation or default?

I installed from the DVD... I think something happend with some files after the installation but it is very strange that after 2 uninstallers and a detailed search with regedit I can't make my computer forget about the last installation ..... I even erased some files from the appdata hidden folder... still nothing...

Download and install the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility and see if MAX exists still as an install application. You can find this on Microsoft.com by searching for msicuu2.exe. You can then launch it from the root of the Start > Programs menu. If the application exists in that list, remove it and then try installing again.

Nice, exactly what I was looking for...
I installed 32-bit version and it works ok... I will try once more using this "msicuu2.exe" and then I will continue working with the 32-bit version until I find 1-2 days to re-organize and format my PC.... Thank you
