Serial Number

I somehow lost all relations to a bunch of files that were needed to create models and drawings so I had to reinstall Autodesk Product Design Suite 2013 Premium on my computer.  After completing install and trying to register I got this error code.  The serial number you entered is not valid for the product you are trying to activate. Try again. (Error 123).  Without being able to get into Inventor or any of the other programs in Design Suite I can't get any of the work done I am supposed to!!  Please help!

This is usually typical of products on Subscription.  Start here:

Good Luck!

Hi @ronf,

There are multiple licenses available in your Autodesk Account. Could you provide an order number for your Mac purchase?
