Serial Number is invalid when activating the AutoCAD 2011

As our company needs to replace new computer, so the AutoCAD 2011 License also need to be migrated. When I am replacing to new PC, I first export the AutoCAD2011 license through "License Transfer Utility", it can successfully be exported. But when I try to activate AutoCAD2011 with same serial number on the new PC, it prompt "Serial number invalid" and cannot allow us to activate.
