Serial Number is Invalid on MultiSeat Maya 2012

I have a multi seat license for Maya 2012 with a copy installed at work and one at home. I recently reformatted my home hard drive and am trying to reinstall Maya, but it's saying my serial number is invalid. It's the same key as the my work machine - I copy-pasted it straight from the ProductInformation.txt file I had saved out. It was working fine before I reformatted. I understand I forgot to deactivate this install of the license before reformatting, but it should at least say the key is valid before giving me an error.
