Samlite Report FLEXnet Licensing Error -5,357

Dear Sir,
1) we had created a adskflex.opt and write the followings
a)REPORTLOG [+ ] "c:\program files\ " path of report.rl
b)TIMEOUTALL 900
2) Stop servser , restart server and reread the license file
3) License obtain from autodesk.globes.com site and change the Name REPORT_ BPLDRG2.lic and copy it in Autodesk license Folder.
4) we had installed the JAVA RUN TIME ENVIRNMANT VERSION 1.4.2_04
5) and SAM lite report version 3.6 during the installation we specifed the location of License file (REPORT_ BPLDRG2.lic ) and location wher SAM Lite report installedt we had created a file repot.rl.
6) Autodesk license manager version (FLEXlm V10.8)

when we generate the report this message we have received

ReportLog c:\MY Documents\report.rl(0.03mb)
warning :Unable to read report log c:\My Documents\report.rl No license found for ADSKFEX0016258168f9
No such feature exists.

Your licence file from Macrovision has a problem.

You must have this in your file this :

INCREMENT SAMreport_lite gsi 3.0 1-jan-0 0 8D4AA1C7C79E68BC7B18 \

VENDOR_STRING="VENDOR:adskflex HOSTID:xxxxxxxxxxxx" HOSTID=ANY \

NOTICE="Issued by Acresso Software SN=W13691"

xxxxxxxx is the ethernet address found in lmtools.

I had a similar issue it was because I was trying to run the report when connected to the server via a remote desktop session someone has posted that doing this would cause the problem when I connected to the server using VNC it worked.

We had installed the SAM Lite Report during the installation it prompt for the License file Location.
we had uninstalled the SAM Lite report and reinstalled the same but it not prompt for the License file Location.
Kindly guide me How SAM report prompt for license location during the reinstallation of SAM lite report. ?

Dazzman, the same happened to me.

I agree, if you connect via remote desktop it will not work.
