Installation & Licensing

I am have many problems with my Educational Community installations and serial numbers.  I am trying to install inventor.

I started with 2013 64bit english, but it fails to download (yes I turned off my sercurity software).  So I tried 2012 64bit english.  It downloads fine.  But when I try to install it, my serial number, does not work.  It appears to be 2 digits shorter than the install is expecting.  What is going on?

My apologies for the inconvenience. You are correct, the serial number is two digits short. We are now looking into this. Please allow us at least 24 hours to resolve the issue. I have created case number 07948409. I will send you an email with details of your new serial number.

I have sent the serial number information to your email. I would greatly appreciate it if you could please respond to it confirming that you have successfully installed your Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012.
