I am using Google Chrome. But when I use the download manager from autodesk it will download for a little bit sometime or maybe not at all the error message that came up was "0x25000001". I will try to pst a screenshot later if that will help furthur.
Please disable your anti-virus and firewall programs and download the product from Matt, our Virtual Agent, Click here and select the option Downloading and Installation -> Software Download Links -> I Need to Redownload my Product; then simply choose the program and version that you wish to download. You can then use the serial number you obtained from the Education Community to activate the software.

What am I supposed to do when the trial software expires? Will I have access to the software to use for school still?
Should I re-download the software to ensure use for school projects?

As a student, you can simply register to our Student Community.
Once the registration will be complete, you will be able to download Autodesk softwares for free.
You will also receive a student serial number to activate the Student license.

How can I obtain a student serial number?
After login to your account, click the "Free Software" link.
To obtain the serial number, you will need to select the product you want (AutoCAD for exemple), the version, the language and the operating system. Then, click on "next".
The page will load your student serial number.

I have a serial number and key for the student AutoCAD 2014. when I put them in on the Product Information page a green check mark appears but I do not get a "Next" button and have no error message. I have done all the system prep, I think.
Can you verify that you're getting a green check mark next to both the serial number and product key? If so, can you please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with a screen shot of the install screen?
