Hi Carlos,

 

At this point I would contact Studica and request a refund as you've yet to activate the software.

 

We just started rolling out our 2014 releases and although the 2014 Infrastructure Design Suite isn't out yet, the system requirements specify that it will be compatible with Windows 8.

When i Download any Software, i get the folowing message

"Error assigning serial number to product: This is an operation implementation generated fault"

 

When i install the Software, i hafe only the 30day Trial Version and i don´t can activate the Software with my Serial Number.

Please help

Hello Micha,

 

That issue typically corresponds to an issue with your individual account where the only workaround is to create a new Education Community account using a different email address and obtain a new serial number.

If you want to delete one of your Education Community account, your best option is to contact the Education Community Support Team via the problem form on the portal:

Hi mfrearson,

 

For the Serial Number issue you mentioned, did you create a new account? Do try to creating another account using a different email address and download a Product to generate a new Serial Number.

Hi, i am having serious problems when i download 3DSmax, i get the folowing message

I have also created a new account with a new email and i am still getting an error !

 

I am a student and cannot activate my 3dsmax, i have sent several emails and nothing has worked, i am getting very frustrated with this whole support process.

Hi,

 

I'm a student in the coures Interactive Media at Hochschule Augsburg and I'm using Autodesk Maya, I bought a new tower pc and tried to install Maya on my new Computer.

I also istalled it on my notebook and my old Pc and now the system says that the max number of activations is reached.

Is it possible to give me an additional activation key so i can use the software on my new Computer.
