STUDENT VERSION - 2013 /2014 CAD NOT DOWNLOADING

Recently purchased brand new laptop with windows 8, 64 bit, 6 GB ram and autocad 2014 or 2013 will not install on windows 8.  The installation completes but at the end the installation screen shows "INSTALLATION COMPLETE.  SOME PRODUCTS FAILED TO INSTALL."  THese products include:  AutoCAD2014, Exchange App Mananger, and Exchange Featured Apps plug-in.  Is anybody else having this issue???

I apologize for your installation troubles however the good news is that this error is quite common, therefore there is much material available for troubleshooting:
