STUDENT CANNOT DOWNLOAD INVENTOR 2014

I have a student that has tried to download Inventor 2014 without success, the last try was in my room and the attached message occurred within 5 minutes of the attempted download, any assistance would be appreciated.

This is a common problem that plagues 2014 software.  I posted about this here:

Because the links in my original post no longer work due to the support pages changing, I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
