SP2 applied to network deployed install

I just read this thread somewhat warning against applying a service pack directly to a network deployed installation...

http://discussion.autodesk.com/thread.jspa?messageID=5575766

... and oops.... I just got done running AutoCAD 2007 SP2 on each of the network deployed machines... am I hosed now?

How can this be corrected?

Shouldn't be a problem. Just apply the SP to the deployment. I did end up
rebuilding the deployment on another computer. I could then run a repair on
the existing installation. Of course I just got around to doing that a
couple of weeks ago.
