I started here few months ago, the company purchased a new 2012LT, we put it on the system they had for me.
After struggling with a inferior system and having many problems, the company ordered me a new wonderful system. However it will not activate, keeps telling me my serial number is invalid?????
This is not being used on my old system at all, my old system is soon to be wiped clean and given to another guy in the office.
Why will it not accept my serial #????
I need to activate this very soon.

Hello AAADESIGNER,
Are you installing the same product from same installation package in the new machine? I think so, but just want to double check with you.
If the old machine will be wiped clean, you can try to make use of the License Transfer Utility to export the standalone license from the old machine following the instructions, and then export the license to the new machine. It should allow you to use the LT in the new machine directly.
