There are some other java-based apps on that computer, will have to look
into conflicts (or install SRL on another system).
Don't think its a virus thing, though. We use McAFee here. The program runs
OK, just that you have to move the mouse around the programs' box to display
the screen (otherwise it's blank...sort of like wiping the fog off of the
bathroom mirror).
What are people using to monitor licenses? The full version of SAMS
Reports? That might be a bit expensive for our use.
And dos SAMS have a web site?
