Revit suite 2009 & Autocad 2008

Customer is running Revit suite 2009 and AutoCAD 2008. FLEX LM 2009 . Reports cad user is checking out 2 seats when running Revit Suite 2009 and AutoCAD 2008 on same pc. What needs to happen , so user only checks out 1 license ?
Thank you

In order to utilize only 1 license, the customer would need to use AutoCAD 2009 that is bundled with Revit 2009 Architecture Suite. Since AutoCAD 2008 is regarded as a previous version to 2009, it will pull a separate license from the Flex server causing the report of 2 licenses being used.

When I run the ACAD installed from the Revit Suite, my license manager shows that it is pulling the license from the regular AutoCAD pool. It's not using the Revit license.
Any Ideas? We want it to use the dedicated Revit Structure license. We are essentially losing out on an AutoCAD license.
