When I click on help link in any of the Revit Extensions dialog boxes, I get the "file not found " error. How could I fix that?
File not found
Firefox can't find the file at /C:/Users/kasutaja/AppData/Roaming/Autodesk/REX/20
Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

Priitl,
Please check if the file exists in the indicated location. Tou may also try to change teh default internet browser.
I have checked this as Help opens with no problems (see teh atatched picture)
I can't see any problem copying the Help address to firefox either.
file:///C:/Users/user_name/AppData/Roaming/Autodes

I have this help folder empty.
Others too.
REX\2013\DSynchAsdSteel\Help
REX\2013\DRevit2Robot\Help
REX\2013\DRevitModelsCompare\Help
Should I reinstall?

Thank you for your effort.
But there are more help files than those three. I miss them all. I provided those folders as an example.
Why were they not installed?
Could you provide the whole help folder of rex?

Some REX modules have got help files as chm files so they are not extracted to the folders. They are to be found in the REX folder itself
For the others the help file should be extracted (when you click on the HELP link) to the folders from zip files which can be found as shown below:

Please check messages 4 to 6 where I attached these Help files. Please unpack them and navigate to Help\en-US\contexthelp folders. Then run the htm file with the corresponding module name.
