    Revit Server 2012

When running Revit 2012 Server, I can access the Central Server from inside the network using the server name or IP. But when users try to access the central server from outside over the Internet, Revit will connect to the server but reports that it can not find the central file when they open a workshared model. I have provided them with the IP address that exposes the server running the Revit 2012 Server services on the Internet through our firewall. But only for TCP ports 80 and ports 443. Are there additional ports I need to configure?

You only need 80 open if you're going to let them run the Revit Server Admin from outside.

    You don't need 443.

You do need 808 for the Revit Server traffic.

You also need ICMP (Ping) open.
